Every Tuesday and Thursday walkers are invited to meet outside of the Department of Public Affairs and Health building located at 149 Chestnut Street. The walk will start promptly at 6:30am and will be kept at a brisk pace for approximately 3 miles.
This class is designed to build strength and flexibility through a set sequence of postures drawn from the Ashtanga primary series, while also calming the mind and reducing stress through breathing exercises, meditation, and chanting. Three Jewels Yoga is rooted in ancient yogic techniques from Ashtanga and Tibetan Buddhism.
