Are you looking for a class to improve exercise frequency, increase strength, and help with goal setting to promote overall health? Join us for the Fit & Strong! program that combines aerobics, stretching, balance, strength, endurance exercises, and health education to promote healthy behavior changes.

Come for a run with a great group of people. Stay for the great beer. 2, 3 and 5 mile routes. All paces welcome, from walkers to really fast.
