Just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, this byway begins at the mouth of the canyon on State Route 190. The canyon narrows as you enter the forest. Hike or enjoy rock climbing, wildflower photographing, picnicking, camping, or fishing. In the summer, travelers can continue through to Park City via Guardsman Pass. The major ski resorts are near the top of the canyon. NOTE: watershed prohibits domestic animals in this area.
