Starting at the Utah/Arizona border travel south on 191, following the Chinle Wash to Round Rock and then west/southwest to Many Farms. Nearby Many Farms Lake is on the Navajo Reservation. Camping is allowed but visitors need a reservation. Many Farms Lake has issues staying filled from year to year.
