Our Dharma & Recovery group explores the intersection of recovery with Buddhist teachings and practices. We welcome all people who identify with any of the full range of addictions, from substances to behaviors, as well as habitual thought and emotional patterns.
This daylong retreat invites us to tend the longing for connection by caring for our bodies and distressed nervous systems through embodying the qualities of kindness and compassion. The retreat integrates Dharma teachings, meditation, somatic movement, and accessible yoga to explore how the heart qualities—the brahmavihāras—can be cultivated through the body.
The Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Sangha is a weekly gathering for BIPOC practitioners that provides a safe place to meditate and explore the Dharma. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
