For 26 years, Phillip Moffitt has offered this beloved annual retreat, where poetry and meditation interweave to illuminate the path of awakening. Each poem is hand-selected to point directly at Dharma insights—softening us, freeing us, and carrying our practice into daily life.
This daylong retreat invites us to tend the longing for connection by caring for our bodies and distressed nervous systems through embodying the qualities of kindness and compassion. The retreat integrates Dharma teachings, meditation, somatic movement, and accessible yoga to explore how the heart qualities—the brahmavihāras—can be cultivated through the body.
The Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) Sangha is a weekly gathering for BIPOC practitioners that provides a safe place to meditate and explore the Dharma. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
