This is How Civilizations Heal: Generosity, Love & Wisdom Retreat On-Land Sep 14-19 with Leslie Booker & Teresa Todoroff

Described as a "prayerful listening to the word of God," Lectio Divina invites us to meditate on the scriptures and receive what we need in the moment. The group meets weekly on Thursday mornings after the 8 am Mass (around 8:30 am) in the Manresa Gallery (in the southeast corner of the church).

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful healing modality that takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body to release trauma, melt stress, reduce anxiety and help you feel your best. It employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release.
