A Sonic TT alumni of our 500 YTT, Babette brings her many years of experience teaching not only at Sonic but at many of the most well respected studios in New York. She is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, and sound meditation guide with extensive training in fascia-focused and somatic approaches to yoga.

If you’re feeling emotionally drained, mentally overwhelmed, or physically exhausted, this intimate retreat is for you. Whether your burnout comes from work, caregiving, stress, or life transitions, this weekend offers space to rest, restore your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
