(MMCDC) “Meditate with a Monk” goes beyond mere focus and delves into the profound ways in which meditation enables us to transcend a negative state of the mind and create space for a life filled with relaxation, energy, and genuine happiness. Each session spans 90-minutes and consists of 3-4 short sessions, complemented by enlightening discussions and narratives that explore the "why, what, and how" of various meditation techniques. The program is accessible to all experience levels and offers a diverse range of meditation techniques, allowing you to explore and discover the methods that resonate with you. Each technique provides unique benefits and contributes to your overall well-being.
