A spin-off of the successful Brooklyn Flea and Smorgasburg (NYC), this market was brought to Los Angeles in 2016 by original founders Jonathan Butler & Eric Demby, alongside LA food writer Zach Brooks. It has since become LA's largest weekly open-air food market, offering a platform for small businesses and chefs to launch concepts.story
