Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, the session, led by a certified forest-bathing guide, takes you through sensory-based explorations designed to relax, restore, and deepen your relationship with the natural world.

Programs offer nature-based activities and experiences at Milwaukee’s most beautiful indoor setting, the Mitchell Park Domes. SPARK! at The Domes is available at no cost to those experiencing memory loss and their caregivers.
