Twelve artists. Three disciplines. One creative conversation. Graftings is a one-night-only interdisciplinary exhibition featuring four poets, four visual artists, and four filmmakers in one extraordinary creative conversation.
Hillyer’s featured solo artist, Mona Bozorgi, will lead a gallery talk about her exhibition Threading the Gaze. Drawing on images, primarily selfies, taken by Iranian women during the Woman, Life, Freedom Movement, Bozorgi traces circuits of exchange between human and non-human gazes.
Discover the people who helped shape Arlington. This exhibit highlights early landowners and settlers whose decisions and choices laid the foundation for the county we know today.
