This new body of work by Rick Bach explores strength and resilience using unnatural materials and painting with fire. Plasma cut enameled steel shards are composed to regain strength both structurally and aesthetically, exploring creation, destruction, and rebirth.
An exhibition by Tara Youngborg exploring the obsolescence of the New Castle and Frenchtown Railroad and the town of Frenchtown, analogous to digital technological loss. The sound and video installation questions the role of data, archives, and recreation in understanding place, loss, and memory.
