Forest Bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the deliberate practice of immersion in nature using mindfulness and the senses. This introductory class begins by discussing the guiding principles of shinrin-yoku that enable us to relax and rejuvenate surrounded by the healing powers of nature.

Discover Qigong Shibashi – an ancient Chinese wellness practice using meditation, controlled breathing, and gentle, low-impact activity which later influenced the development of Tai Chi. This series will focus on slow, flowing movements with intention and mindfulness which are physically easy to follow and are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels.
