Deep Rest is a powerful fusion of Reiki energy healing and vibrational sound therapy, designed to soothe your nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and guide you into a deep state of inner stillness. In this one-hour class, you’ll rest comfortably as Reiki is channeled to each participant while singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments surround you with harmonizing frequencies.
