Tampa's Black History Museum

Celebrating USF's Black Alumni, this event commemorates the 65th anniversary of Ernest Boger becoming the university's first Black student in September 1961. USF alumnus Imam Askia Muhammad Aquil, formerly known as Otha Favors, will reflect on the experiences of Black students at USF during the 1960s.

Celebrate 80 years of service, scholarship and community with the Pi Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Members will share the history of the fraternity and its Tampa chapter while exploring the organization's four cardinal principles: manhood, scholarship, perseverance and uplift.
