This hands-on two-day workshop will introduce students to the entire workflow for making color prints from classic C-41 color negative films such as Kodak Portra and Fujicolor Pro. It covers color analog equipment and materials including how to use a color head enlarger, automated tabletop print processor, required chemistry, recommended paper and basic color correcting technique.

Photographer Kelli Perletti is teaching Alternative Process Photography, a class for those interested in exploring hands-on photographic processes, working with organic materials, and experimenting with photography. The course takes experimentation beyond cyanotypes to include cyano-lumens, anthotypes using materials like turmeric, and other processes involving coffee and vitamin C.
