MuDo Integrated Martial Art

Designed for ages 5 through 8, Mighty MuSa students focus on the fundamental kicks and strikes, as well as combos, rolls, and exercise drills appropriate to their age range to build up strength and mobility. Class begins and ends with a brief meditation.

Designed for our older junior students (ages 8 through 13) who have earned intermediate and advanced belt ranking. Students focus on advanced kicking and striking, as well as defensive techniques with partners.

For Adult students (ages 18 and up), as well as Teens (ages 14 - 17, though some students at 13 years may be considered). Students focus on kicking and striking, as well as offensive and defensive techniques with partners, and are introduced to grappling and sparring drills in a controlled environment.
