Andy Statman, one of his generation's premier mandolinists and clarinetists, performs spontaneous American-roots music and personal, prayerful Hassidic music, by way of avant-garde jazz. He is joined by longtime bandmates Jim Whitney on bass and Larry Eagle on drums and percussion.
