George and Martha have come home from a faculty party drunk and quarrelsome. The play chronicles a long night’s journey into dawn with them and paints a harsh portrait of marriage as a vehicle for conflict, arguments, and disappointment.

Middle-aged siblings Vanya and Sonia share a home in Bucks County, PA, where they bicker and complain about the circumstances of their lives. Suddenly, their movie-star sister, Masha, swoops in with her new boy toy, Spike.

A sequel to Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice set two years after the novel ends, MISS BENNET continues the story, only this time with bookish middle-sister Mary as its unlikely heroine.
