The World Tangled in You is an exhibition of new paintings by Maia Cruz Palileo and the gallery’s first presentation of Palileo’s work in New York. Featuring both large- and small-scale canvases, the show finds the artist fully engaging with the complex legacies and material possibilities of painting, as well as an increasingly expansive sense of the ways in which family and personal narratives, geopolitical histories, and formal expression intersect.

Keith Sonnier: Inside Light, 1968–1970 features Sonnier’s earliest experiments with neon and argon, which mark the beginning of his career-long exploration of new technologies and materials. The exhibition focuses on a three-year period in which Sonnier first began working with incandescent gas and made many of the breakthroughs that would define his career.

Control X is an exhibition of new paintings and video animations by Tala Madani. The works address mythologies of creation as they trace the fine lines between making and destroying in art, language, history, and human relationships.
