Sunday Reset is part of a community wellness series dedicated to welcoming participants into a third space to relax and refresh for the week ahead. AWAACC will facilitate access to yoga led by Black owned Yoga Studio Thinkwell Yoga, as food and refreshments available for purchase by our resident restaurant, Cafe Asé.

Greetings is a multimedia exhibition that traces the history and meaning of the dap handshake, an everyday gesture born among Black G.I.s in Vietnam as a symbol of Dignity And Pride. The story explores how the dap evolved from a survival mechanism among soldiers into a universal greeting of respect, connection, and identity.

A special edition of Intermission: Lights ON Liberty, where art, culture, community, and connection come together for one unforgettable evening. The event features a live performance by Chuck and the Fellas and the unveiling of AWAACC’s new permanent artistic lighting installation designed by Rainbow Serpent.
