Shoes as Storytellers with Dori Settles
This 5-day workshop teaches students how to transform ordinary shoes into extraordinary, realistic glass shoes. Participants can bring their own shoes or use provided ones, and will also learn to make a tool and project notebook.
Intermediate Fusing Intensive: Second Session
Take your fusing skills to the next level! Over the course of 5 fast-paced days, you will create 6 projects, each offering at least 2 opportunities to learn new techniques.
Tapestry: Through the Looking Glass with Richard Parrish
A boot camp like class covering material from both the Tapestry and Beyond Tapestry classes, allowing for extended explorations of ideas in glass pattern making and color variations. Techniques will be explored and developed as needed to achieve these patterns including multiple firings; cutting and reassembling; slumping; and coldworking and finishing.
