The Parker Tavern, built in 1694, is the oldest standing structure in Reading, Massachusetts. This historic saltbox house once served as a tavern in the 18th century and played a role in the American Revolution.

A reenactment commemorating the 1776 capture of Campbell and two companies of the 71st Highland Regiment. Come visit the militia camp as they guard the Scottish prisoners, learn about Scottish culture and dress, take part in a formal tea, and see pottery and weaving demonstrations.
