Welcome to Practical Spoken Mandarin for Beginners. This 8 week course is designed specifically for adult learners with no prior experience, focusing on practical conversation for daily life and travel using the Pinyin phonetic system and basic sentence grammars.

Join the staff of the Central Library for an after-hours tour of the Rundel Memorial Building. For 75 minutes, you'll explore the maze of closed stacks under the building and see the beautiful main floor of the building from a staff perspective.
