Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Please note that balcony-level seating is accessible only by stairs; there is no elevator access to the balcony level. We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold through brokers or unauthorized third parties. If your ticket is revoked, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund. Event date, time, and supporting acts are subject to change. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets will be available approximately 24 hours before the event.
