Bechtler Museum of Modern Art

Lúmina is a party celebrating Latin American Modernism that takes inspiration from the fall exhibition, "Making an Impression: Pioneering Latin American Printmakers." As the museum’s fall fundraiser, Lúmina supports the Bechtler’s world-class exhibitions, educational programs, and community partnerships.

Celebrate the opening of Making an Impression: Pioneering Latin American Printmakers. Featuring works by Rufino Tamayo, Jesús Rafael Soto, Regina Silveira, and Analia Saban, the exhibition explores how four generations of artists have pushed printmaking beyond the flat page through texture, spatial illusion, and material experimentation.
