Miles McEnery Gallery

Timed to coincide with the 2026 FIFA World Cup, 'Plus Ultra' brings together a new body of paintings and a new animation exploring the imagery, spectacle, and collective experience of sports. Brian Alfred centers the show on sports imagery as a mode to explore its interpersonal, aesthetic, and emotional role inherent to competition and fandom.

IM/MATERIAL is Trudy Benson’s third solo exhibition with Miles McEnery Gallery, where she creates vibrant kaleidoscopic abstractions. Her paintings exist somewhere between the digital and analog realm of abstraction, utilizing a process that gestures toward the discrete layers that compose digital art.

Elliott Green’s third solo exhibition at Miles McEnery Gallery, Lost Horizon, features large scale atmospheric oil paintings on linen. The exhibition features substantial landscape and “cloudscape” paintings, with a dream-like haze of hues that transport the viewer into sublime vistas.
