A.J. Ditty’s darkly absurdist comedy explores the evils of colonialism by way of Animal Farm through the lens of the 1884 Berlin Conference, where nations teeter on the brink of feathershed over their nest-holdings in Africa. Penaquill, a delegate from Portugal, must maneuver through rivalries and a mad tyrant to save the African ducks from subjugation.
