Columbia Memorial Space Center

Middle school students engage in remote-controlled (RC) lowrider car challenges and explore the fundamentals of vehicle design, working on simple engineering projects and collaborating with high school students and college mentors.

The Space Center will be closing at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 22, 2026.

Join us each month for our FREE Family Nite, where imagination soars and curiosity sparks! This recurring evening event features fascinating talks on space related topics with expert speakers stationed in different rooms throughout the museum.
