Yoga in Art Club - Fall Equinox

Samantha Walker is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher whose practice is deeply rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Vipassana Meditation. In her classes, her goal is to guide students inward and encourage them to listen to their bodies to help heal the body mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Meet our Tai Chi instructor, Shi fu Whit McClendon, who has 40yrs of experience in Northern Mantis Kung Fu. The class is open to all ages and all levels, helping anyone wanting to achieve calm, focus, balance and an overall wellness oriented lifestyle.
