Urban Sketching Class with Ruth Squitieri

Photographers of all ages and experience levels are invited to explore Lyonia Preserve with volunteers from the West Volusia Audubon Society. The monthly program includes classroom instruction and outdoor photography opportunities featuring birds, reptiles and native plants.

The Art of Writing is a monthly creative writing program presented in partnership with Volusia Writers. Led by DeLand author Corrine Kenner, each session invites writers to use the Museum’s current exhibitions as a starting point for fiction, poetry, and personal reflection.
