Through long conversations with Marion Barbeau and Ulysse Zangs, Chamblas resurfaced childhood memories of their training with the Paris Opera Ballet and how their rigorous commitment to movement from a young age indelibly shaped their lives and transformed them into unique, interdisciplinary artists.

Disney saw an opportunity for CalArts to have a downtown presence. Its distinctive curvilinear stainless steel and neon marquee was designed by Frank Gehry, who also designed the Concert Hall.story
