Winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 9 and one of the most acclaimed drag artists of her generation, Sasha Velour returns to The Wallis with Travesty, a bold new solo work that traces queer history across time. Through a series of lip-sync performances, Velour embodies a litany of personas from a witch burned in a field to a clown who builds a theater and patrons of an underground gay bar.
