The Wednesday Showcase (Free Show)

After seven years at Big Hunt, Underground Comedy has opened its own comedy club. Hotbed was made specifically for comedy. This fast-paced show will feature rapid-fire sets from 10-15 comics. Our upstairs bar opens at 7:00. Doors to the showroom open approximately 20 minutes before showtime.

Matt Richards is a New York based actor, host, comedian, and writer. You can catch Matt in the Comedy Central Studios feature film Run For The Money opposite Beck Bennett and Joel McHale on Paramount+.

The Wednesday Night Showcase Features some of DC’s best up and coming comedians every week! BYOB. We do not serve food or alcohol, though there is a liquor store across the street and restaurants in the area. 21+ to enter. Seating is first come first serve.
