The Lion King (Movie Screeening)

All-Starrs is a monthly screening series centering around shorts and mid-lengths at Bushwick's finest Starr Bar. Featuring a diverse array of genres, forms, and styles, All-Starrs highlights all types of moving-image art and is open to what a "film" can be.

In the most playful film of the Chabrol-Huppert alliance, petty scam artists Betty (Huppert) and Victor (Michel Serrault) join the big time when Betty eyes a larger target. As they enter dangerous new territory, it’s not always clear who is playing who, but that’s all just part of the fun.
