Formed in Texas in 1969, the band rose from regional clubs to international fame with a sound rooted in the blues and defined by tight musicianship and swagger.
Tonic was formed in Los Angeles in 1993 by singer Emerson Hart and guitarist Jeff Russo. The group achieved massive mainstream success with their 1996 debut album Lemon Parade, which featured the chart-topping hit single "If You Could Only See."
