Originally formed in 1996 as a dance show for the Ontario Renaissance Festival, Tartan Terrors have evolved into a high-energy Celtic rock show that has earned them the distinction of being called “The heirs apparent to the [Celtic] mayhem” by Celtic Beat Magazine. Blending the energy of a rock show with humor and step dance, the Terrors have forged a distinctive sound and proud tradition of making Celtic music fun and accessible to any audience.
