Brooklyn Telemann Chamber Society is proud to premiere Phèdre, a cinematic interpretation of Rameau’s first opera Hippolyte et Aricie. Filmed on beaches, castles, & Victorian abodes, we tell the tragic Greek myth of Phèdre, cursed to love her stepson, who has already fallen for a priestess of Goddess Athena.
