A sound bath session can lead to reduced stress, anxiety, and tension, as well as diminished pain. There have been studies that indicate that a sound bath may improve your mood and sense of well-being. Join Savannah Sound Healing at Tybee Post Theater to relax and relieve the extra stress.What to bring: Wear comfy clothes and bring along a yoga mat, blanket, or towel to lie on the floor.
