EPRD’s weekly walking group for adults age 50+. Choose your distance starting at 0.5 miles on paved surfaces in Bergen Park to get outdoors, enjoy some fresh air, and meet new friends!

Join Myrna on The Golden Mill rooftop for an energizing, full-body barre workout overlooking Clear Creek and the surrounding mountain and mesa views. Using balls, gliders, light weights, and bands, you’ll move through a mix of compound movements, high repetitions, and bursts of light cardio designed to strengthen, sculpt, and leave you feeling strong.
