El programa CIT (Consejero en Formación) está dirigido a adolescentes de 13 a 15 años con un fuerte deseo de trabajar con niños y mejorar sus habilidades de liderazgo. Los participantes ayudarán a los consejeros del campamento de verano a implementar actividades, garantizar la seguridad de los niños y crear un ambiente divertido para los campistas.
