Pilates Workshop (16+)

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their little ones (ages 6 weeks to 5 years). It includes power walking or jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Lace up and hurry down to run with the White Street Running Club! 3 or 5 mile routes and all paces welcome.

Perfect for parents dropping off their preschooler but open to all, this yoga class increases flexibility & strength.
