Join us August 25–29 for Mai Tai Week at Adrift, a five-day celebration of one of tiki culture’s most iconic cocktails. From a faithful recreation of Trader Vic’s original 1944 recipe to an ultra-luxe vintage-rum expression, a frozen tropical frappe, and a completely booze-free version, we’re pouring the Mai Tai in all its glorious forms.
Celebrate Colorado’s favorite fruit with special offerings including a dreamy burrata starter, a smokey old fashioned, or perfectly seared scallops. The weekend also features live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
