Our Brewery Tour at our Southtown Tap Room takes you behind the scenes of our main production facility to see how our beers are made—from raw ingredients to a finished pint. It’s part education, part storytelling, and all about the craft.

Go behind the scenes with a guided brewery walkthrough and an overview of the brewing process and Block 15 history, led by members of our brewery team.
