The UCLA Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) welcomes all instructors new and relatively new to UCLA to the New Instructor Teaching Institute (NITI), a two-day professional development event. The program includes interactive sessions, a resource fair, social hour, and opportunity drawings to help attendees get oriented to campus, explore effective teaching practices, and connect with other new instructors.
