Join Dr. Mark Miller, Education & Exhibits Director, and Gina Walter, Education Manager, to examine the history of landscape architecture, elements of good design, tools to create your own vision, environmentally sustainable design principles, and a bevy of good plant recommendations. This lecture will provide participants with a conceptual framework for garden and landscape design and is open to anyone with an interest in these topics.
