Junior Rangers

This fun, interactive program offers youth, ages 7-12, the opportunity to become Junior Rangers. Junior Rangers hike trails, play games, observe nature, create art, experience history, and more.

Bonkers for Bugs is a fun-filled outdoor adventure where kids become bug detectives on the trail. This guided hike is packed with curiosity, learning, and excitement as children discover how cool (and important!) bugs really are.

Come explore the mission grounds with your family and friends, and participate in engaging, hands-on demonstrations. Activities may include corn grinding, candle making, blacksmithing, spinning and weaving, leather production, gardening, as well as a new Chumash life station.
