Artsploration: The Summer Adventure Edition is a half-day multifaceted arts education program that features visual arts, movement, jewelry-making, collaging, puppetry, innovative textiles, sewing, and so much more! Suitable for ages 7-14, this program is perfect for the seasoned young artist or brave new creator alike.
Students will create a one-of-a-kind junk journal filled with layered, textured pages made through gelli plate printmaking. Using acrylic paint, texture tools, natural materials, found objects, stencils, and experimental layering, students will explore how texture, color, and repetition can communicate emotion.
