This guided tour includes a 55-minute walk through Hansen, Middle, and Timpanogos Caves, which are connected by two man-made tunnels. The round trip, including hike time, is 3.5 hours.
The sunrise orientation features a brief overview of the summit area, important rules for visiting the park, and the cultural significance of this sacred place. The orientation talk may be followed by an ʻoli, or Hawaiian chant, to welcome the rising sun and the beginning of a new day.
